The 4m Accommodation Unit packs a genuine liveable space into a footprint that fits almost anywhere. Inside you get a fold-out sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a full-size shower, toilet and vanity, with hot and cold water inlets and black- and grey-water waste outlets already plumbed in ready for connection. Three windows — two large plus a small frosted bathroom window — keep it light and ventilated, and a bathroom exhaust fan handles the rest.
It’s a practical choice for Queensland owners who need accommodation without a build. Think a guest room or studio in a Brisbane or Gold Coast backyard, short-stay quarters on a Sunshine Coast property, or worker accommodation on a Maryborough job site. At 1,760 kg it’s a single, solid unit that arrives complete.
Delivery is by tilt-tray, quoted separately to your postcode — transport pricing reflects the current fuel levy and diesel price, so we confirm it when you order. If 4m is a touch small for the job, we also carry larger 6m and 12m units; just ask.
As with all our units, it comes wired but not connected — a licensed electrician must check and connect everything to AS/NZS 3000 before use. Air-conditioning and a hot-water system are not included. Payment in full is required prior to delivery (direct deposit preferred; Mastercard/Visa +1%), and quotes are valid 7 days or until sold.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this as a granny flat or rental in QLD?
Living in it as accommodation usually requires council/building approval, which varies by region and zoning. Confirm with your local council before installing. We supply the unit; approvals sit with the owner.
Can the tilt-tray reach a tight backyard?
Tilt-tray delivery needs reasonable, level access for the truck and unloading. Tell us about your site (gates, slope, overhead lines) when you enquire and we’ll work out whether we can place it directly or you’ll need a crane or HIAB.
Can I hire one instead of buying?
These units are sale only. CSA does, however, hire standard shipping containers across Queensland — contact us if hire suits you better.
