The 4m Pod House is our entry-point tiny home pod — compact, fully insulated and surprisingly complete. It comes with a fold-out bed, wardrobe and shelving, a shower and toilet, a sink and vanity, and curtains and blinds already fitted. Hot and cold water inlets and black- and grey-water waste outlets are plumbed ready for connection, and a bathroom exhaust fan keeps things fresh. EPS-insulated panelling means it holds temperature well through Queensland’s hot months.
It’s ideal as a backyard pod, a studio or granny pod on a Brisbane, Ipswich or Sunshine Coast block, a quiet retreat on rural land, or guest quarters that don’t crowd the main house. At 1,760 kg it lands as one finished unit — no on-site build, no mess.
It travels by tilt-tray, quoted separately to your postcode, with transport priced against the current fuel levy and diesel rate at time of order.
The pod arrives wired but not connected — a licensed electrician must check and connect everything to AS/NZS 3000 before you use it. Air-conditioning and a hot-water system are not included. Payment in full is required before delivery (direct deposit preferred; Mastercard/Visa +1%), and quotes hold for 7 days or until sold.
100% Australian owned, 30+ years in containers and modular, no lock-in contracts. Call 0427 000 222 or enquire below for a delivered Queensland price.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a permit to put a pod in my backyard in QLD?
If you’re living in it or connecting services, council/building approval usually applies and varies by region and zoning. Check with your local council first. CSA supplies the pod; approvals are the owner’s responsibility.
What’s the difference between the Pod House and the 4m Accommodation Unit?
Both are around 4m. The Pod House adds curtains, blinds and EPS-insulated panelling and comes in at a lower price point; the Accommodation Unit (Box) is a slightly different fit-out. Tell us your use case on 0427 000 222 and we’ll match you up.
Can I hire a pod instead of buying?
Pods are sale only. If hire suits you better, CSA also hires standard shipping containers across QLD — get in touch.
