This is a turn-key 40ft high cube container home that gives you a real living space inside a robust, weather-tight shell. Step in to a living area, a bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a kitchenette with sink and a fold-down table set among shelving and cupboards, plus a full ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The interior is painted in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) with EPS-insulated walls for strong thermal and acoustic comfort through a Queensland summer.

It suits a lot of QLD owners — a self-contained granny flat on a Brisbane or Ipswich block, weekender accommodation on Sunshine Coast acreage, an off-grid cabin out past Maryborough, or extra quarters on a rural property where building from scratch isn’t practical. Natural light is sorted with two large double-glazed front windows, two panorama rear windows and a panorama window above the toilet, and there’s an external storage space with large vents that doubles as the internal exhaust fan exit.

Build quality is where this unit earns its keep. The high cube height gives you 2.9 m of headroom, the panels are EPS-insulated, and the whole thing is engineered to travel and sit on site as one piece. It arrives on a side-loader, which we quote separately to your postcode — transport pricing moves with the fuel levy and diesel price, so we confirm it at the time of order.

A couple of things to know before you commit. The unit comes wired but not connected — switches, lights and sockets are fitted, but a licensed electrician must check and connect everything to AS/NZS 3000 before use. Installation, air-conditioning and a hot-water system are not included. Payment is required in full prior to delivery (direct deposit preferred; Mastercard/Visa attract a 1% surcharge), and any quote we give you is valid for 7 days or until sold.
